What this notice covers
This notice covers cloudsecops.com. It explains what happens to information you send us through this site. Data handled inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's contract, not by this notice.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, role, the service area you selected, the platforms you indicated, your timeline, and your message. Nothing else is collected from you, and there are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that legitimate visitors never fill in.
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to serve the site and defend it against abuse. We use that data only for those purposes.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope work. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and it runs no third-party advertising scripts. Because nothing here requires consent under the ePrivacy rules, there is no cookie banner — that absence is deliberate, not an oversight.
If we add privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics in future, this section will say so before it goes live.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Correspondence connected to an engagement is retained for as long as our contractual and tax obligations require, then deleted.
Where it goes
The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare; both process data on our behalf as infrastructure providers. Enquiry contents reach us by email. Data may be processed in the United States.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — including any enquiry you sent. Use the address in the enquiry reply, or contact us through this site, and we will act on it.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revised version will be published here with its new effective date.
